How to request deletion

Email feedback@abscore.com from the email address linked to your ABScore account. Use the subject line “ABScore Account Deletion Request” and include your ABScore username.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. We will acknowledge your request and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile and sign-in information.
• Saved preferences, favourite teams, and notification settings linked to your account.
• Personal information associated with your support and account records, except where retention is legally required.

What may be retained

Some public community contributions may be anonymised rather than removed so that discussion threads and prediction records remain understandable. We may also retain limited records where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
